With ample complimentary parking just outside, an outdoor patio, full bar and private dining room, Hickory & Ash is the perfect place for date night, a business dinner or private function. Helmed by Executive Chef Ryan Taylor, son of acclaimed Denver chef Kevin Taylor, we’re a Modern American Meatery, with a focus on hickory-grilled, sustainable and locally sourced ingredients; craft cocktails, local beers and an extensive wine list to round out an extensive menu with options for all.
